Black pepper is harvested from its plant that produces dark red berries containing one seed. This are collected when the ripening is not completed then dried and shelled, cleaned and selected according to the diameter before steam sanitized.

Characterized by a spicy tatse due to the piperine content and an intense aroma. Suited to meat dishes, but also be used to flavour salads and sauces. Ideal for seasoning mackerel, sardines, anchovies and tuna.
